Mindflash Launches Learning Analytics for Online Training

Palo Alto, California – April 4, 2013 – Mindflash has made it extremely easy for training managers to measure and improve the effectiveness of their programs with the launch today of new cloud-based learning analytics software. Mindflash customers can now view training data in context, as both detailed and high-level online reports, enabling course managers to deal promptly with issues and opportunities. Also today, Mindflash introduced new pricing to help clients choose the training plan that is best for them.
Learning management is among the fastest-growing segments of the talent management market. Analyst firm Bersin & Associates estimates the size of the learning management market at close to $2 billion worldwide, with growth being driven by a shift to cloud-based software from legacy solutions. New Mindflash reports, incorporating technology from cloud business intelligence leader GoodData, provide information on topics such as material comprehension and course satisfaction.

The Advanced plan starts at $449, including 10 trainers and more sophisticated reports. The Professional plan starts at $899 per month with 50 trainers and reports that can be filtered by end-user job function, department, geographic region, etc., for action by managers or executives. The plans, designed to meet the needs of companies at different stages in their online learning programs, include an array of service options, support for small and large groups of trainees, access to the Mindflash mobile app, and unlimited courses, quiz questions and content.
