Donna Wells leads Mindflash Technologies, a company on a mission to make employee training radically simpler and actually measurable. She was previously CMO of Mint.com where she was responsible for driving the company’s growth to 2 million users from its 2007 launch to its 2009 acquisition for $170 million. Donna has also led large marketing organizations for industry leaders including Intuit, Charles Schwab, Expedia and American Express. Donna’s work has won multiple Webby’s, an OMMA award, and has been cited in Newsweek, Brandweek, and Web Marketing for Dummies. She was named a Marketing Executive of the Year finalist by the Wall Street Journal and one of the Top 25 Women in Tech to Watch by Accenture.
Jason MacMurray oversees Customer Success and Support at Mindflash and has been part of the team since 2004. Prior to Mindflash, he worked in a variety of positions at BodyTrends, including as Chief Operating Officer. He received his BA from Middlebury College. Jason’s most significant course creation thus-far: “Learning to Use the Mindflash Kitchen.” It drives him crazy when there are dishes in the sink.
Randhir Vieira leads the Product, Engineering and Marketing team at Mindflash. Prior to joining Mindflash in 2012, he was VP of Product and Customer Care at Eye-Fi and Senior Director of Product Management at Yahoo!. He holds an MBA in marketing from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and a BA in Economics from Mumbai University (India).
Jean is in charge of the business development and sales team at Mindflash. Prior to joining Mindflash in 2015, she was Area Vice President Mid Market Sales at Marketo. She got her BA at Pepperdine University.
