• What's an Active Trainee?

  An Active Trainee has the ability to log in to take a course. As a trainer, you can set up as many trainees as you need, though only the number allowed by the plan can be active at any given time. Trainers can easily change who is active and who is not, so you can easily manage to the total number of Active Trainees allowed by your plan.
• What are the terms of the training plan free trial?

  All of our training plans start with 30 days of free unlimited use to test drive Mindflash and see first hand how it works for you. There is no risk, no obligation and no credit card required. At any time during or after your trial you can upgrade to one of our paid plans.
• Can I change from one training plan to another?

  Yes. You can move between training plans (either upward or downward) at any time right from the Manage Account page.
• Are there any setup or cancellation fees?

  No, there are absolutely no setup fees for Mindflash Training plans. Your monthly subscription fee covers all activities, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time, with no cancellation fee.
• Can I pay on an annual basis?

  Yes, annual plans are available for the Advanced and Pro plans. To sign up for an annual plan please contact us at +1.877.771.1900 or +1.805.963.8417.
• What if I need more than 1000 trainees in my training plan?

  If you have a large training program exceeding 1000 trainees, please contact us for custom enterprise pricing options.
