The Mindflash system includes all the tools you need to assess the success of your training program and
to tune your offering to the needs of your audience.
Groups
|
As your program grows, effective management will be key to success. Groups are a great tool
for segmenting users (for example by State, Department, or skills). By setting
up a logical grouping structure you can save time by enrolling entire groups in course sequences.
You can filter your reports
by group and even give Group Managers administrative rights over their groups.
Users can be members of multiple groups if necessary.

Custom Registration Fields
|
By designing Users accounts, you have the power to determine what information is requested during the
registration process. The system requires basic defaults and you have complete freedom to collect the data you
need. Custom registration fields can be tied to groups to automatically add users to groups. Data collected is
accessible in customizable reports for easy review or export.

Reports
The reporting center gives you the tools to design custom reports and export them in Excel or CSV format.
Reports can be generated at the Course, Lesson, Group, User and Quiz level.
Top level reports can display who has completed courses, when they finished and how long it took them.
More granular reports allow you to see how long specific sections of a course took. You can drill down to any
level. You can also see aggregate statistics, such as what was the most common answer to a specific quiz question.
Reports can be fully customized to include information important to you, including custom user data and details
of course completions. Report configurations can be saved for later use.
