With Mindflash you can create e-learning courses in minutes by reusing content you already have.
You can use PowerPoint presentations, Word or PDF manuals, video files or files in any other format.
Your Subject Matter Experts (SME) can use the tools they prefer to build content. Quiz questions
can be created directly in Microsoft Word and then added to the system.
Effective Online Courses
In the same course, you can mix content in different formats. All content will be displayed in the same

On-Demand Tracking
Mindflash's toolset allows businesses to closely track training. Information is available at every level of detail to satisfy any
reporting need. You can browse reports online or download them to Excel or other office systems.
Tracking information is stored in the Mindflash system for as long as you need it.
Scalable Content Solution
You or your SMEs can create or reuse in-house content built with their favorite authoring tool.
You can also integrate with 3rd party content libraries. Mindflash supports the SCORM and AICC
standards. Even if the content library you use does not support one of these standards we
will help you add it to the system.
Four Levels of Access
Training programs may require more than one Administrator. Mindflash provides
four tiers of user access. Administrators have access to all portal tools. Instructors can create and
edit courses they are assigned to. Group Managers can manage enrollment and run reports for their groups.
Users take courses and pass quizzes. After you divide users in Groups, for example, you can assign a
Group manager to each Group who can control enrollment or generate reports only for users of the Group.
Flexible Pricing
The Mindflash pricing structure allows program managers to tightly manage their budget. As a training
program grows, the per-user cost goes down. Special tools allow Administrators to control and track
usage and costs. Our corporate clients spend on average less than $2/month per student taking courses.
