The Mindflash system is about options. We know no two training programs are the same. With
Mindflash, Instructors have the option to turn on or off any of the Communication or Reference tools for each
course. Instructors even have the ability to add links to their own tools.
Bulletin Board

Bulletin boards promote interaction among Users. Learners can converse with or assist each other to broaden their
understanding of course material. Special threads can be opened for specific Groups, Courses or the
entire Portal.

Private Chat
|
Schedule private chat rooms to assist Users who need extra help. Private chat rooms can be arranged in
advance. The system will send invited attendees an email reminder prior to the start.

Public Chat
|
Use a public chat room to support Users in a live environment. Live chat rooms can be particularly useful for
answering questions during large training initiatives.

Learner Folders
|
Learner folders allow users to share files with other users or submit private information to the Instructor.
Learners can upload files to their folder. Learner folders can be used in conjunction with Offline
Activities if your program requires Learners to submit an essay, free form answers or any outside project.

Internal Message System
|
Easily manage email messages you send to Learners through the message center. Compose messages to send to
individuals or Groups and retain a copy of all the emails you send or receive. Messages can be easily sent to
Learners in specific courses, groups or with a certain course status, such as people who have not started a
course.

Online meetings
|
Integrate with leading online meeting services for product training and demonstrations. Mindflash integrates
with leading desktop sharing tools for easy management and launch of live training sessions.

Calendar
|
Events, such as public chat rooms or classroom training, can be scheduled on the internal calendar.
Learners are sent a reminder email prior to the event and they can browse the calendar to see upcoming events.

Digital Library
|
As an instructor, the Digital Library can be used to post content that is supplemental to a course. The
Digital Library can contain links and files of any type. Learners can go to the Digital Library and download
the files they want.
