There are many types of certification programs. Your organization may run a program to certify
resellers or partners, or you may be running a state authorized certification program.
No matter what the case, you need to setup enrollment and user completion rules that are consistent with your
company's policies and follow regulations set by certification bodies (organization or State).
The Mindflash system includes content and course sequencing tools that allow for setup of even the most
complex certification programs.

Course Design
You can set passing requirements based on the score of one or multiple quizzes, the
minimum time users need to spend on content pages, or maximum time users can spend on quizzes.
You can decide the level of feedback you give to users to meet your specific requirements. Quickly update
course content as it becomes necessary.
Verify User Identity
An Identity Verification tool can be added to the Mindflash system.
During the course, the ID Verify tool will randomly ask personal questions collected at
registration and disable Learners who are unable to answer them
correctly. ID Verify is often a requirement by state agencies to ensure that those earning the
certification are actually the individuals taking the course.
Certification Path Design
You can set one or multiple certification paths. Each certification path can include live,
classroom or self-paced training in any combination. Schedule classroom events as
part of a certification program to incorporate hands-on training.

Certification Completion Tracking
Standard reports are easily accessed to see progress of each user or group of users in the certification
program. User history on each page is recorded and stored in the Mindflash system to provide granular tracking.
Passing even the most severe audit is easy with Mindflash.
Multiple Certification Levels
The Mindflash system allows you to setup multiple certification levels that may or may not share content and
activities. Users can be automatically moved from one level of certification to another upon
completion of the requirements.
Logical Price Model
You are only charged while users are progressing through certification paths. You are not charged
to store the data for users who completed certification requirements. Records are maintained indefinitely so
they can always be recalled when necessary.
