Actually noise isn’t so bad. That’s one of the reasons co-working spaces and
Shared Office Spaces are booming. Home workers felt very isolated and have started moving to shared environments.
Research shows the ideal temperature is 68 degrees? Where did they do this research? Did they do any of it in a warmer climate (say, Florida)? Because 68 is too damn cold. And I realize my perception of this is likely due to the fact that I was raised in Florida so 68 degrees feels like I’m freezing. Not to mention it must cost a fortune to cool spaces down that far.
Really interesting infographic. I think it’s completely accurate that noise accounts for a lot of disturbances – we’d all like work to be a quiet place that we can really concentrate in.
