Nice post and infographic. Not criticizing and I’m on my Droid, but I don’t see a number 3 under Mistakes to Avoid.
Love this graphic! I’ve tried a few different virtual assistant companies. So far Red Butler seems to be the most reliable. Also check out Elance if you don’t mind hiring someone overseas. Red Butler has been extremely helpful, great infographic thanks! Here’s a link – http://redbutler.com.

I have started using http://www.sgsolutionsus.com VA for almost 2 years so far it’s beed a great experience. They have a web development and SEO team also working along with the VA’s so that basically takes care of all my business needs. I guess that’s one advantage of working with a VA company. Will let you know if my opinion changes about them though, but so far so good.
Great infographic! Thanks so much for spreading the word about virtual assistance. One word of caution – there are many companies and individuals who offer virtual services, be sure to screen carefully, ask questions, check testimonials and references, etc… just as if you were hiring in-house. Doing due diligence will pay off!
