Donna Wells leads the Mindflash team. She was previously CMO of Mint.com, the online personal finance service, where she was responsible for driving the company’s growth to 2 million users from its launch in 2007 to its acquisition by Intuit in 2009 for $170 million. Donna has also led large marketing organizations for industry leaders including Intuit, Charles Schwab and Expedia, where she was SVP of Marketing for the US. She started her career at American Express, where she launched the Gold Rewards and Platinum Corporate Card products for small businesses. Donna’s work has won multiple Webby’s, an OMMA award, and has been cited in Newsweek, Brandweek, and Web Marketing for Dummies. She was named one of the Top 25 Women in Tech to Watch by Accenture in 2009. She is now known, however, for making diabolical quizzes in Mindflash courses. Her “match the picture with the hometown of a Mindflash employee quiz” was virtually unpassable (thank goodness she allowed multiple attempts…)
Cameron Gray Vice President, Engineering

Cameron Gray runs the development of the MIndflash flagship product. Before joining the company in 2008, he was the director of software development at RealtyTrac. Prior to that, he was the co-founder of Strangeloop Networks. He received his BA from Wheaton College. Cameron is best known for his consistent inclusion of videos in his courses, we think he may be an aspiring film maker.
Jason MacMurray Vice President, Operations and Partnerships

Jason MacMurray oversees operations and quality assurance at Mindflash and has been part of the team since 2004. Prior to Mindflash, he worked in a variety of positions at BodyTrends, including as Chief Operating Officer. He received his BA from Middlebury College. Jason’s most significant course creation thus-far: “Learning to Use the Mindflash Kitchen.” It drives him crazy when there are dishes in the sink.
Randhir Vieira Vice President, Product and Marketing

Randhir Vieira leads the Product & Marketing team at Mindflash. Prior to joining Mindflash in Nov 2012, he was VP of Product and Customer Care at Eye-Fi and Senior Director of Product Management at Yahoo!. He holds an MBA in technology marketing from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and a BA in Economics from Mumbai University (India).
